• Third-party Service means any service or content (including data, information, applications and other products services) provided by a third-party that may be displayed, included or made available by the Service.
• Website refers to NexxusBridge, accessible from www.nexxusbridge.com
• You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.

Your Data and Third-Party Services

Our Service allows you to connect with various third-party services through API integrations. Your use of such third-party services may be subject to additional terms and conditions or privacy policies provided by those services. We assume no responsibility for how those third-party services use, store, or share your data.

You acknowledge and agree that NexxusBridge shall not be responsible for any damages, losses, costs, expenses, or liabilities related to your use of any third-party services connected through our platform.

You are solely responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions and authorizations from the owners or administrators of any third-party services before connecting them to our platform.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall NexxusBridge, its affiliates, agents, directors, employees, suppliers or licensors be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, that result from the use of, or inability to use, this service.

NexxusBridge' liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law, and shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to NexxusBridge in the twelve (12) month period prior to the event giving rise to the liability.

Service Level Agreement (SLA)

NexxusBridge strives to maintain a high level of availability for our Service. Our standard Service Level Agreement (SLA) includes:

• 99.9% uptime guarantee for all core services
• Response times for support requests based on your subscription plan
• Credit system for service disruptions that fall below our guaranteed levels

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service, or contact us to request account deletion.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
